    Kahoots Grain Free Salmon Recipe is our most food-sensitivity-friendly formula - making it a great choice if your pet has food sensitivities or allergies to specific proteins, such as beef, lamb, chicken, or pork, and even certain grains. This recipe can be easily rotated with our Grain Free Beef Recipe and contains all of the nutrients necessary for supporting a healthy pet, specifically: vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids (omegas), probiotics, prebiotics, and amino acids. With salmon as the first ingredient, Kahoots Salmon Recipe is ideal for puppies, adults, and seniors with dry, itchy skin. If your dog is prone to topical yeast infections and/or hot spots, this is the recipe is for you!​

    FEEDING GUIDELINES

    How much food your dog needs each day depends upon size, level of activity, age and other factors. When feeding, use this table as a general guide and adjust as needed. For dogs over 100 lbs, add 1/2 cup per day for each additional 20 lbs. Puppies and nursing females may consume two or three times the recommended amount per day. Keep fresh water available at all times.

      Helped with allergies

    What can I rotate with your Grain Free Salmon formula? Why is rotational feeding important?

    Kahoots Grain Free Beef Recipe because they have similar protein & fat content. Rotational feeding is encouraged to help prevent food intolerances from developing. It also helps prevent boredom. Just like humans, dogs like variety. Always remember when transitioning food to do it slowly, over the course of a week. You'll need to start by mixing in about 75% of their old food, with about 25% of the new food. Gradually, you'll increase the percentage of new food your dog gets each day.     Is this grain free kibble gluten free?

    Yes! Our grain free formulas are both grain AND gluten free. Even our grain inclusive foods are made with gluten free grains like whole brown rice and the ancient grain millet. You won't find wheat, barley, rye or fractionated gluten products like corn gluten in Kahoots kibble. Our grain in formulas are great for dogs with sensitive stomachs.
