We know all too well how picky our four-legged friends can be. If you or your companion isn’t satisfied with a purchase, we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return
Email us at customerservice@kahootspet.com or call (760) 239-3381 (Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm PST). You can also return products to your local Kahoots store for store credit.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cover return shipping for defective items.
Return Shipping
If you decide you no longer want a product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Depending on the item, we may not require you to ship the product back in order to receive store credit; we’ll let you know when you contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit and are typically processed within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at customerservice@kahootspet.com.
