We know all too well how picky our four-legged friends can be! If you or your companion is unsatisfied with our products, please call our Kahooligans at 760-239-3381 or email us at customerservice@kahootspet.com, and we will take care of you.

We offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days for store credit. Returns are processed within 10 business days. You can also return any of your products to your local Kahoots store for store credit.

• Depending on the item, we may not require you to ship the product back in order to receive store credit; we’ll let you know when you contact us.
• There are no shipping fees for defective items.
• If you decide you no longer want a product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
