Return Policy

We know all too well how picky our four-legged friends can be! If you or your companion is unsatisfied with our products, please call our Kahooligans at 760-239-3381 or email us at customerservice@kahootspet.com, and we will take care of you. We offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you're unhappy with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days for store credit. Returns will be processed within 10 business days. You can also return any of your products to your local Kahoots for store credit.

Kahoots may or may not require a return shipment when issuing a refund.

No shipping fees for defective items

The buyer pays return shipping costs if they decide they no longer want their products.
