To Our Vendor Partners

We thought it would be helpful to remind you of what is expected of each of you while visiting one of our stores.

As a general rule we do not want any Reps, whether we carry their products or not, taking up any of our Kahooligans’ time that should be focused on helping customers.

Most Reps will pop into a store, very non-invasively, say a quick ‘Hello’; and then on their own, check the placement of your products, date codes on those products, address any immediate issue, etc. and leave all within the span of 15 minutes (give or take).

We recommend upon entering the store that you introduce yourself to a manger on duty (MOD) so they are aware of your presence in the store.

We ask that you do not go into a presentation (of sorts) about your products, current promos, education, training or new SKUs. That info is to be directed to our corporate office.

Specifically we ask that you:

  • Do not converse for longer than 5 minutes
  • Do not engage with customers
  • Do not offer any new product samples or place any orders unless you have been given written permission from our office
  • Do not discuss products we do not carry
  • Do not discuss any other brands or products or ask questions about other brands or products
  • Do not give out catalogs, pricing sheets, sell sheets or any other company information – that all needs to be direct to the corporate office
  • Do not ask about our private brand items
  • Please ask the MOD for permission to take pictures and please only take pictures of your products

I ask that you share this info with all of your team members and/or any other representative that you work with that has reason to be in one of our stores.

We value this partnership and thank you in advance for your partnership and cooperation.
