NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Kahoots Bag Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Kahoots, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 1444 Main Street, Ramona, CA 92065.

2. Agreement to these Rules

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules are void.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are (a) at least 18 years of age and (b) legal residents of the State of California or the State of Arizona.

The following are not eligible: employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) of any of the foregoing.

Sponsor may require any entrant or potential winner to provide proof of age, identity and state of residence before a prize is awarded. Failure or refusal to provide that proof results in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner in accordance with Section 10.

The Sweepstakes is void outside California and Arizona, and void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 11, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on October 11, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).

During the Entry Period, California and Arizona observe the same clock time, so the stated Pacific Time deadline applies identically in both states.

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted. The computer systems of Sponsor and its administrator are the official time-keeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both are free, and an entry submitted by either method has identical standing. Neither method requires a purchase of any kind.

Method 1: In-store QR code. Scan the Kahoots Bag Giveaway QR code displayed at any Participating Store during the Entry Period and complete the online entry form. Your entry will be associated with the Participating Store whose QR code you scanned.

Method 2: Online, with no store visit required. Go to kahootsfeedandpet.com/pages/bag-giveaway at any time during the Entry Period and complete the same entry form. You will be asked to select one Participating Store from a list, and your entry will be associated with the store you select. No visit to any store is required to enter by this method.

Because a separate drawing is held for each Participating Store, the odds attached to an entry depend on which store the entry is associated with. See Section 8.

Purchasing any product does not create an entry, does not improve your chances of winning, and confers no advantage of any kind in this Sweepstakes.

To be valid, an entry must include all required fields, including a valid email address and the entrant’s acknowledgment of these Official Rules and of the age and residency requirement. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means, and entries submitted using multiple or fraudulent email addresses or identities, are void.

6. Entry Limit and Authorized Account Holder

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Entry Period, regardless of how many Participating Stores a person visits and regardless of the entry method used.

Entries are identified by email address. If more than one entry is received bearing the same email address, or is otherwise determined by Sponsor to have been submitted by the same person, only the first valid entry received will be eligible and all later entries will be disqualified. The Participating Store named in that first valid entry is the only store drawing that person is entered into.

Any deliberate attempt to circumvent this limit, including by using multiple email addresses, multiple identities, or any automated means, voids all of that person’s entries and may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes entirely.

An entry is deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address given on the entry. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned that email address by the internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with it. A potential winner may be required to show that they are the authorized account holder of the email address on the winning entry.

7. Prizes

Up to twenty-five (25) prizes are available, a maximum of one (1) prize per Participating Store.

Each prize consists of one (1) bag of Kahoots-brand pet food, selected by the winner at the time of claim from the qualifying Kahoots-brand product then in stock at that winner’s Participating Store. Qualifying product means any one of the following:

• Kahoots dog kibble, 5 lb bag
• Kahoots cat kibble, small bag
• Kahoots freeze-dried dog food
• Kahoots freeze-dried cat food
• Kahoots frozen pet food

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize: up to $30.00. Total ARV of all prizes if all twenty-five are awarded: up to $750.00.

If no qualifying Kahoots-brand product is in stock at that store at the time of claim, Sponsor may, at its discretion, extend the claim period, arrange for the claim to be honored at another Participating Store, or substitute a comparable Kahoots-brand product of equal or greater retail value. No cash equivalent, no transfer to another person and no substitution of a prize by a winner is permitted. Prizes are awarded “as is,” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, beyond any manufacturer’s warranty.

All federal, state and local taxes on a prize, and all costs and expenses not expressly stated as included, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

A Participating Store that receives no eligible entries during the Entry Period will not award a prize, and that prize will not be reallocated to another store.

8. Odds of Winning

Because a separate drawing is held for each Participating Store, odds of winning are not uniform across stores. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries associated with the single Participating Store named in your entry, and not on the total number of entries received across all stores.

9. Winner Selection

On or about October 13, 2026, Sponsor will conduct one random drawing for each Participating Store that received at least one eligible entry during the Entry Period, up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) drawings. Each drawing will be made from among all eligible entries associated with that store. Each drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding.

Because the entry limit is one entry per person, no person may win more than one prize.

10. Winner Notification and Claim

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry, within two (2) days of the drawing.

A potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) days of the date it is sent. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries associated with that same Participating Store. Sponsor is not obligated to make more than one (1) alternate selection per store. If a store has no remaining eligible entries from which to draw an alternate, or if the permitted alternate selection is exhausted, that store’s prize will go unawarded.

Sponsor may require a winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release before the prize is awarded.

Prizes must be claimed in person at the winner’s Participating Store, during that store’s normal business hours, by the winner, on presentation of valid government-issued photo identification matching the name on the entry. Prizes must be claimed within fourteen (14) days of the date the winner confirms acceptance. A prize not claimed within that period is forfeited in full, with no substitution and no extension.

Confirmed winners will be announced on or about October 28, 2026, after all winner verification is complete. Sponsor may adjust the announcement date if verification or alternate selection is still in progress.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of that winner’s first name, last initial and Participating Store, in any media, worldwide, for purposes of announcing the winners and for advertising and promotional purposes relating to this Sweepstakes, without further compensation, notice or approval.

12. Privacy, Marketing Consent and Text Messages

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at kahootsfeedandpet.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Consent to receive marketing email or marketing text messages from Sponsor is entirely optional and is not a condition of entry. Declining marketing consent has no effect on an entry’s validity, on the odds of winning, or on a winner’s right to claim a prize. Entrants who provide marketing consent may withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in any marketing email, or by replying STOP to any marketing text message.

Every entrant will receive a message confirming receipt of their entry, and potential winners will receive prize notifications. Entrants who have given marketing consent may additionally receive marketing content from Sponsor, which may include promotional content within or alongside that confirmation.

If you provide a mobile number and consent to text messages, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel at any time, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of entry or of any purchase.

13. Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claim, injury, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation any claim relating to a pet’s consumption of a prize product.

Entrants are responsible for determining whether a prize product is suitable for their pet. Sponsor makes no representation that any prize product is appropriate for any particular animal.

14. General Conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or not received for any reason, or for any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned, including because of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such conduct and to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end of the Entry Period, Sponsor will conduct the drawings from among all eligible entries received up to the time of termination.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

In no event will an entrant be entitled to attorneys’ fees or to punitive, incidental or consequential damages.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. These Rules Govern

Abbreviated descriptions of this Sweepstakes appear on the entry form, on the entry confirmation screen, in promotional emails, and on printed in-store materials. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any other statement about the Sweepstakes in any other medium, these Official Rules govern.

18. No Platform Affiliation

To the extent this Sweepstakes is promoted on any social media platform, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform. Each entrant releases the platform from any liability relating to the Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to the platform.

19. Winners List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Kahoots, Inc., Attn: Kahoots Bag Giveaway Winners List, PO Box 2123, Ramona, CA 92065. Requests must be received by December 31, 2026.

20. Participating Stores

The following twenty-five (25) Kahoots locations are Participating Stores for this Sweepstakes:

Alpine, Buckeye, Carefree Hwy, Carlsbad, Chatsworth, Chino Hills, Escondido, Fallbrook, Gaslamp, Grossmont, Hesperia, Huntington Beach, Menifee, Moorpark, Murrieta, Norco, Poway, Ramona, Rancho Peñasquitos, Rancho San Diego, Riverside, San Tan Valley, Solana Beach, Temecula, 4S Ranch.

Store addresses are listed at kahootsfeedandpet.com/pages/locations. The Costa Mesa location is not open and is not a Participating Store.
